We’ve already published our latest Know How Guide on Managing and Reducing Waste, and in collaboration with Considerate Hoteliers, ITP’s Fran Hughes will be hosting free webinars on dealing with food waste.
We’re packing our pages with information and advice from experts who will be will be blogging on our Talking Point pages, all with the aim of helping you throw less away and save money at the same time.
But at the end of the month it’s your turn.
Last month we hosted our very first Twitter chat with people from around the world joining in and sharing their thoughts and experiences on how the hospitality industry can engage with young people and offer them work opportunities, changing lives in the process. It was a great success and you can see what happened here.
Our second Twitter Q&A will take place on Thursday 25th September at 2pm BST (GMT+1). We need you to come and share your experiences, ideas, thoughts and tips to help us all reduce as much waste as we can.
What do you recycle? How do you re-use? Do guests like it? Will they sort rubbish in rooms? What do you find difficult to recycle? What schemes do you like that help hotels to reduce their waste? How much money can you save?
