Those involved in hospitality might like to think about whether they would benefit from some training in waste prevention or sustainability.
The Responsible Hospitality Partnership is running two courses on the 21st October 2014 at the Turl Street Kitchen in Oxford.
In the morning is Sustainability Training for Finance Managers who will learn to assess how much their business could save through resource efficiency, and perform an analysis of techniques and technologies that deliver cost savings including an analysis of how to integrate non-financial data into annual reports for greatest impact.
The afternoon session is for those involved in foodservice who want to learn more about preventing waste.
