The most of data we collect from you will be stored on our server and will only be used by greenhotelier.org. The only exception is your email addresses which will also be stored in MailChimp’s servers in the U.S.A., we use MailChimp's services to send out all of our email communication. We will take all steps within our power to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
