Siobhan O’Neill

Siobhan O'Neill is an established freelance journalist working across a broad range of titles and media, and with a specialist interest in the leisure and hospitality industry. In particular she writes about all aspects of catering including school meals.

Siobhan also has a history of writing about green and sustainable issues and therefore brings her expertise in both subject areas as co-editor of Green Hotelier with Holly Tuppen.
